Finally got the iphone and I must say it is way better than I had expected wow. I've read loads of post about it ie the pros and cons, but trust me when I say wow.

The user experience for email, txt'ing, calendar, surfin, music, apps, video to name a few are way way ahead of anything that Nokia/Sony/LG are pumping out.

Great quote from a real instruction Manual

It is vital that you do not continue beyond a point where you don’t understand what you’re reading. It becomes impossible to learn something that is based on other information that is not under-stood. In other words, if you don’t know what a “widgetmatizer” (made up word) is, then you will not be able to; “adjust the widget-matizer to the correct level...”.

Pictures of a cool castle we (Ella, Connor and Dad) built with Jenga blocks today.

As you can see there is a tower, garden, throne room trees and stables....cool huh!

Even Looks a bit like Leeds Castle ;¬)

A fine philosophy on life

A philosophy professor stood before his class and had some items in
front of him. When the class began, wordlessly he picked up a large
empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with rocks, rocks about 2"
in diameter. He then asked the students if the jar was full?

They agreed that it was. So the professor then picked up a box of
pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The
pebbles, of course, rolled into the open areas between the rocks. He
then asked the students again if the jar was full.

They agreed it was.

So what have we learned in the last 2,000 years?

"The budget should be balanced, the Treasury should be refilled, public debt should be reduced, the arrogance of officialdom should be tempered and controlled, the assistance to foreign lands should be curtailed lest we become bankrupt. People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance."

Cicero - 55 BC

.................Evidently nothing.
